General Provisions

1.1. Every currency we support has a set exchange rate compared to the others when it comes to deposits, placing bets, and claiming rewards. These rates are fixed unless we specify something different.
1.2. To qualify for a bonus, your deposit needs to be at least 20 EUR or GBP.
1.3. Bonuses are valid for 7 days.
1.4. All references to times and dates for bonuses and promotions are in UTC.
1.5. Players can only activate one bonus at a time. Bonuses tied to deposits don’t combine with each other.
1.6. Each bonus is available just once per individual, account, household, family, address, email, credit card, IP address, or shared computer settings (like schools, libraries, workplaces, or similar).
1.7. Unless stated otherwise, cashback counts as a bonus, so the standard bonus rules apply to it too.
1.8. For free spins without a deposit, the most you can withdraw is 50 EUR/GBP. For no-deposit bonuses, withdrawals are capped at 10 times the bonus amount, unless the offer says differently. We might make exceptions for regular players and raise the win limit if there’s a big win. To cash out, you’ll need to complete account verification and add at least a small deposit.
The highest payout from wagering a deposit bonus is 50 times the bonus amount received. Again, loyal players could see this limit increased in case of a significant win.

1.10. The official Bonus Terms and Conditions are the English version published on our site. Any translations are provided for convenience and done carefully, but if there’s a conflict, the English text takes precedence.
1.11. In case of any disputes, our decisions are final.
1.12. If your real money balance drops to 0.05 EUR/GBP or lower (or equivalent), active bonuses are automatically forfeited. This only affects funds linked to the bonus (like deposit plus bonus, or bonus alone for no-deposit offers)—it doesn’t touch winnings from other deposits or bonuses.
1.13. Reload bonuses are only offered to players who’ve completed the Welcome Package, meaning they’ve made at least three deposits on winplacegame.com.

Wagering Requirements

2.1. Unless noted otherwise, you’ll need to wager the bonus 40 times before withdrawing. Trying to cash out early will cancel the bonus and any related winnings.
2.2. While wagering, the highest bet allowed is 5 EUR/GBP (or equivalent in other currencies). This includes any doubled bets after a round ends or in-game bonus buys.
2.3. Our bonuses are non-sticky, so you can’t withdraw until wagering is complete. You’ll play with your real money first, followed by bonus funds. If the bonus money runs out, the bonus is canceled too.
2.4. Keep in mind that different games count differently toward wagering:

Slots: 100% (excluding those listed in section 5.4)
Card games like Baccarat, Blackjack, Hi-Lo: 5% (including live dealer versions)
Video poker: 5% (including live dealer)
Roulette and Poker: 5%
All other games: 5%
